基于FMEA的煤炭开采企业应急预案设计

Design Method on Emergency Planning of Coal Mining Enterprises based on FMEA

摘要: 为了有效预防和控制煤炭开采企业的安全生产风险,采用了FMEA分析方法,通过对煤炭开采企业生产过程的各节点进行潜在故障模式分析,潜在故障后果分析,以及潜在故障原因分析,从而对煤炭开采风险源进行了识别。最后,从日常点检标准、日常操作标准、应急报警流程和应急操作标准三方面提出了一套完整的煤炭开采企业应急预案。结果表明,设计的应急预案因其很强的可操作性和合理性,能够使煤炭开采企业生产风险得到有效防控。

Abstract: In order to effectively prevent and control the risk of safety in production of coal mining enterprises, the article uses FMEA to analyze potential failure modes, effects and causes of every node of coal mining production process, and based on this, the article identifies coal mining risk source. Finally, the article presents a complete set of coal mining enterprises emergency planning from three areas of the daily inspection standard, the daily operations standard, the emergency alarm process and emergency operating standard. The results showed that the emergency planning designed by this article is operational and rational, and it can prevent coal mining enterprises produce risk effectively.
